Venlafaxine absolutely buggered up my sleep.

… really slowly , no physical side effects, but I realised I was miserable and crying all the time.

To be fair I’m happy to keep taking them, it’s just I have the same issue as you — they really cock up my sleep.
I knew about this.

Venlafaxine absolutely buggered up my sleep. Escitalopram is having an effect but not as bad thank goodness. Maybe next year I’ll try coming off them again
