This is true. My experience as I said was only 1 in 7 where there were any ill effects because I stopped very slowly. I did the same with the other one too but maybe Venlafaxine needs an even slower weaning off or maybe it was just always going to do it for me.

As I said, my mother has been on literally every antidepressant going and never suffered withdrawal once. I always stresss to everyone the risk of stopping dead though as that is going to cause trouble.
