This is a beautiful piece Michelle. Thank you so much for discussing what must be a very difficult and private topic for you. As someone who has been fat all my adult life i can only imagine how upsetting it must be to lose it, especially due to an illness you have no control over.

I have chronic fatigue so I totally get how awful it is to be exhausted by things others wouldn’t think twice about. I don’t have the horrible pain though and my heart goes out to you. Hang in there, you’ll make it through this xx
