Thanks for your comment. I was feeling pretty irritated when i wrote this piece but you are right that not all middle aged white guys are assholes, not even most. However as this demographic gets a lot of attention in the media, business, politics, etc I worry because their opinions generally carry more weight than others.

I can well understand getting irritated about bogus programming information and I’m jealous you get it. I got a little way into Python before I was completely lost.
