Ok. I appear to have touched a nerve. I have privilege, lots of it. I just didn’t understand that until I actively tried to learn about the experiences of other. I am white, straight, cisgendered and living in a rich country with many benefits for its citizens. What part of that is not privilege? Why are you so angry at the suggestion it exists? How does it threaten your sense of self?
