I’m going to start this post with two key pieces of information. The first is a confession or acknowledgement that there won’t be any new info here. As this blog gets bigger, I’m aware it might become harder to find the answer you’re looking for. I write this blog to help people, so I want to avoid this at all costs. I’ve already written a resource page for mental health questions here. Now I’m going to do the same for my body acceptance and self-love posts.

If you’re new here, welcome! Let’s dive into how to love your body. I hope this page helps you and guides you to what you need.
